Heavy Duty Banner Mast

Our Heavy duty banner masts are architect designed and are constructed from ST52 grade steel for the main mast.

Masts are available in visible heights of 4metre, 5metre, 6metre and 7metre and all masts are supplied with a fixed base.

The material specification for the main mast varies depending on the height of the mast with the diameter of the pole being either approx. 115mm, 140mm or 150mm, all with approx. 6mm thickness.

Banner mast arms also vary depending on the height of mast required with the diameter being either 60mm or 76mm and a 3mm thickness.

Fixed base plates measure 500mm x 500mm with a 15mm depth and have four screw holes in.  Masts can be either single arm or twin arm systems.

The system accommodates banners a maximum size of 1000mm wide by 3000mm height (or 3m2 overall), with print to either both sides or single sided.

The masts can be powder coating to a specific RAL colour of your choice if required.

We offer an in-house design service to create your graphics.

The approximate weight of one heavy duty banner mast (excluding banner) is from 200kg.
