AirSPRING Post Mount System
Our AirSpring System is fully compliant with the EN40 Government Regulation which dictates the maximum wind load that any type of signage is allowed to exert on a post. It is also wind tunnel tested up to 100mph and supported by verified wind tunnel test results.
The system comprises two brackets, two poles and six banding straps.
The poles are 850mm wide, 19mm diameter black fibre glass.
The brackets are 80mm wide by 170mm height black powder coated aluminium, with integrated spring loaded tensioning and banner-arm flexing mechanism. The brackets have fixing slots for three stainless steel ‘universal’ banding straps per pole which are required to secure the brackets to the post.
The system is suitable for installation onto posts with a diameter of 76mm and above.
Systems can be fitted as a single system of two brackets and two poles to display one banner to one side of a post, or as a double system of four brackets and four poles to display two banners to each side of a post.
The system accommodates a maximum banner size of 750mm wide by 2000mm height, with print to either both sides or single sided. We offer an in-house design service to create your graphics.
Our product has a 5 Year product warranty when installed following Manufacturers guidance.
The approximate weight of one system (excluding banner) is 8kg.
